2. What information do we collect?

We only collect the information we need – and never more than necessary.

For example, when you:

  • Placing an order in our webshop
  • Sign up for our newsletter
  • Creating a return or complaint
  • Contacting our customer service team
  • Participate in competitions or surveys

Typical information we process:

  • Name, address and contact information
  • Order history and payment information
  • Any communication with us
  • IP address and information about your use of the website
  • Consent to newsletter and marketing (if given)

The purpose of the collection varies slightly depending on the situation, but basically it is about being able to:

  • Receive and deliver your order quickly and correctly
  • Provide good customer service and help you in the best possible way
  • Improve our website, products and experience
  • Offer you relevant news and offers (if you wish)
  • Comply with legal requirements (e.g., accounting and consumer protection)

4. Who do we share information with?

We only share your information when necessary – and only with trusted partners. For example:

  • Shipping companies (so you get your package delivered)

  • IT and marketing partners (so that the webshop works and is continuously improved)

All our data processors are subject to data processing agreements and are not allowed to use your information for anything other than what has been agreed.

We will only store your information for as long as we have a legitimate purpose for storing it. It depends on the purpose and the legislation:

  • Information about purchases is stored for up to 5 years, which we are obliged to do according to the Bookkeeping Act
  • Emails and customer dialogues are typically stored for up to 2 years, so we can provide good service and follow up
  • Newsletter sign-up is stored until you unsubscribe - and then documentation for up to 2 years

6. Newsletters and marketing

If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive emails with inspiration, great offers and news from RENUDE. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the email or contact us.

We only send marketing if you have given us consent - and of course we respect your choice.

7. Your rights

You always have the right to:

  • To gain insight into what information we hold about you
  • To have incorrect personal data corrected in our systems
  • To have your information deleted (with certain exceptions)
  • To object to the processing of your data
  • To have your information provided in a commonly used format

If you wish to make use of any of these rights, please contact us at info@renude.dk - we will respond as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Complaints and supervision

If you are unhappy with how we process your information, we hope you will contact us first - we are always listening. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency:

We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time – for example, if there are changes in the law or our practices. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
